Dev C++ Project Options Is Greyed Out

• I recently discovered this same problem. F12 Developer Tools grayed out. It turns out I was trying to open the dev tools from a blank tab. IE11 apparently doesn't like that. If I navigate to a page with content (not about:blank), then the dev tools show up again, like normal. I feel a little sheepish, but only a little.

• After working for several hours on a project I closed down and went back to my normal PC, I reopened it on my workstation but when I went to the sheet tab to publish the Job all Options were grayed out, or faded (not selectable) as if it was checked out. So I reopen the project on the back-up PC and confirm it was logged out and closed.
• The project options remain greyed out until you create a project. File-New-Project., set name, select languane, and select a project type template, In the URL you referenced, note the comment '.conio support is far from perfect. I only wrote it very quickly.'
